I've always had the most stubborn belly fat and decided to see what my surgical options were. Dr. Luciano was warm in his demeanor and very honest and straight forward, thoroughly explaining the differences in procedures. I went in leaning more towards lipo 360 and he told me no, I didn't need it. I immediately felt at ease that he wasn't trying push a procedure, or point out any other areas that could be "fixed". I ultimately decided on a less invasive lipo, and he was very honest about what that would and would not do. He, as well as the nurses and staff were very thorough about what to expect pre and post op, what healing would be like, the dos and don't, etc. Surgery went well, and at my 4 day checkup I could have cried at how happy I was with the results already. For the first time in over 2 decades I feel so comfortable in my own skin. I did not anticipate the mental impact that this has had on me, like a massive weight of deep insecurity is just GONE. I can't express how thankful I am to every member of the team for their kindness and compassion.
